Hi - I’m trying to process images from my new Canon R5 Mark II. And the image is turning pink/magenta. I am trying to load in the RAW file directly from the camera, and it’s killing my images. Any thoughts/help/workarounds??? This happens both with Denoise AI (3.7.2) and Photo AI.
Denoise is discontinued so that will never be resolved, new cameras will be a challenge.
As it pertains to the images in TPAI they have not received a LibRaw file (camera profile) to update the TPAI software package. There are other threads regarding this and one had a work around. Use the search and I’m sure you’ll find it.
I wanted to let you know we have released Photo AI v3.3.2, which now fully supports the RAW files from your Canon R5 Mark II . You can forego the previous DNG workaround and edit the native RAW files directly with Photo AI or its plugins.
