Denoise AI 3.3.1 Run once only

Have just updated to Denoise AI version 3.3.1.
Can run once as freestanding from desktop icon, or from Start menu and then I have to reboot PC before it will run again.

Windows 10 Pro ver 21H1 Build 19043.1237
Application & Version: Topaz Sharpen AI Version 3.2.2

Operating System: Windows 10 Version 2009
i7-10700 CPU, 32GB RAM, GTX-1660 OC 6GB

Graphics Hardware: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL Driver: 3.3.0 NVIDIA 471.11
CPU RAM: 32688 MB
Video RAM: 6144 MB
Preview Limit: 7871 Pixels

Same with RAW, TIFF or JPG images.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Edit: Have just returned to version 3.3.0 via full OS partition image restore.
That doesn’t exhibit the same problem.

My PC also same configuration

New version not functioning properly , As per instruction configured in additional external editor , file not returning to Lightroom after processing , instead immediately it will created a unprocessed .tiff file beside the original file in Lightroom , deleted all topaz files and reinstalled but result is same .
money is, wasted , goin back to older version which was working fine , cheated y new version advertisement boasting new features . sigh…
