Reah is currently not supporting interlace source.
you can deinterlace it using Hybrid 1st then feed TVAI the progressive video and use Reah ai.
As for the 1440x1080 you need to load the video then select square pixel, ONLY then select the output resolution like on your screenshot. that is how I do it and it works all the time.
If for some reason that doesn’t work, just input both resolution manually
