Cropping bug/issue

[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.]
I’m using Topaz Photo 1.4.2 in Mac OS 12.6.6.
I’m cropping a photo
as well as de-noising. However after the processing, the crop has taken a completely different area of the photo and not the one that I selected using the crop tool.

Please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening. Loom is a great free application for this: Download the Loom Desktop App | Loom

I am taking a look at the log to see if it describes the issue as well. It looks like you are using a Raw file.

Please open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Topaz Photo AI > Preferences > General menu. Turn off Lens Correction and let me know if that changes the behavior.

If that fixes it, please send me the Raw file so I can reproduce and make a task to fix it. You can securely submit your image(s) to my Dropbox using the link below. Please be sure to send me a note to let me know you sent something.
Dropbox File Request

Hi
I have done as you requested.
Turning off the lens correction allowed the correct area of the shot to be processed. Another issue is that when exporting, the size has jumped from 42.1 mb to 97.2 despite the process going from DNG raw to jpeg. Screen shots have been uploaded as have the original DNG.

Thanks for the files. For the file size in the export, that’s a bad estimate. If you save the file it ends up a lot smaller than that.

On my computer the export with your exact settings was 30MB.

Hi Ok perhaps that could be fixed? It’s a little on the scary size to see such an estimate!
Thanks
Will

I’ll add a task for better file size estimation so we can improve that. It seems to be more inaccurate over time.
