Hi, in new version i cant run VIDEO AI when my eset firewall is on. application start , app window is shown and imeadiately closes. in every previous version there were no such a problem though from time to time i had to disable eset run VIDEO AI and it checked license, firewall on and then for a week it VIDEO AI works but even if i did not off firewall apllication was running though in demo mode. now it wont. please fix it. i was told that video ai work offline but now it cant.
Can you pull the logs to send to the support team for review into this issue?

Maybe TVAI exception in the Eset Firewall settings could be a solution, add to the allow list

I do not want to add anything to allow list, video ai should work witouth need to be constant online, that was stated and that works till new version, new version break sth thta license is checked everytime application is run. Next thing is that i cant be online everytime so i cant use application.

I attached file. reason seem simple application break without internet connection. please bring back previouse model that worked.
PS: I use also Photo AI and there is no such a problem. it works as it should.
