Credits

When I used to open my topaz products it showed my available credits in the top right hand corner of the app. Now nothing shows. Have topaz stopped issuing free credits as part of the studio subscription or should I be looking somewhere else in the apps. Thanks.

Your available Credits should still be showing in Topaz Video it’s only the imaging apps like Topaz Photo, Gigapixel and others that no longer show Credits as this caused some confusion and Unlimited Clouds Rendering is included with those apps

Firstly please, check if you are Logged in to your Account and further more if you look in your Account you can see your current Credit allowance there.

The only exception to this is the old perpetual license versions of the old Topaz Photo AI and Gigapixel 8 that still shows Credits because, you still need credits for Cloud Rendering with those apps

Hi. I am definitely not seeing any credits on my account. I haven’t bought any credits but I’m assuming I get some free credits each month. I will email customer support and include a screenshot.

If you have an active subscription, there is a monthly allotment that should be getting added on the renewal date. Depending on when you signed up, some users did get all of their credits up front due to a glitch in the system when we first rolled out the subscription plans.

The support team will be able to check your account and see what you should be getting and if the credits are there on your account. If you are not seeing them in the Topaz Video app, try logging out and back in with your credentials, and make sure that another email is not getting auto-filled in by your system.
