Create new project opens a window to “save as” with a new name. Pressing enter causes an error message “file not found”.
Looks to be an issue where the app is unable to create the project file within that folder. Two things to try.
Add a folder within that Topaz Video Projects and put the project file within there.
Next try adding the .tvai after the project name and click save.
If neither of those work, pull the logs and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com and we can take a deeper look.
