[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.] i have done everything you said to do. the program loads a picture then immediately cuts out. please help

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
