The app frequently crashes during the save process.

I frequently nurse several images through the process and save as a batch lot. Frequently, perhaps 50% of the time the program crashes without having saved one image

@shanefkennedy Please send me the log files so I can see what’s going on in the application. To do that, open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Help > Open Log Folder menu option and upload all the files from the folder.

It looks like the processing is crashing when using the Intel Iris Xe graphics card.

Let’s try updating the graphics driver by going to the Acer website and installing the latest driver they have available.

Reboot your computer after doing this and check if the processing is still crashing.
