Software has crashed maybe 20 times since the last update. This happens especially often when using the lens blur sharpening. I am running Topaz AI from Photoshop. Sometimes the resulting image is a blur of color, other times photoshop is able to recover the photo and it has been processed successfully.
Thanks for reaching out. Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
I am only allowed to upload two files, but there are nine files from 20th of September. I don’t know which of these files are the ones containing info about the crashes. THese are the two first in the folder:
