Topaz Photo AI Bugs and Issues

Topaz crashes when loading photo in the application. From lightroom and direct. Last version installed. Untill yesterday everything worked fine, no reason for change.

Steps to reproduce issue (allways/continuesly) :

  1. Step 1 upuload a file into. Topaz
  2. Step 2 edit from lightroom

I tried changing “ai processor” to auto, cpu and apple, no difference.
I tried smaller photos, bigger photos, new photos, old photos, etc

I’m also having this issue on my MacBook, hopefully someone can resolve soon

tried something, but on luck

  • Uninstall

  • restart

  • install latest version

  • no solution

  • Uninstall

  • restart

  • install older version

  • no solution

  • upgrade to latest version

  • no solution

Temp work-around from the team is using “Photo AI v3.2.0” and I can work again.
Thanks, this way at least I can keep working, while investigation is in progress… :slight_smile:
