The logs are not showing anything specific to what could be causing a crash. Are you getting a BSOD or any error code messages from your system when this happens?

Can you pull the system profile report and send either here or email to the support team directly?

How To Obtain Your System Profile (Windows)

this also happens when i close all projects sometimes rite when i close all projects or attempt to drag and drop a video to edit it closes this is an on and off issue not constant the program simply closes no errors. minimized window and when opening in task bar it opens just to close immediately will work on the next time but ive had to delete the program once and re install because i could not open any project this problem came back after about 2-3 days and is appearing to get worse

The system profile you sent is showing an error that seems to be coming from the Windows Component Platform and could be an issue with the last windows update or a system file corruption.

Open command prompt as an Admin and run the command: sfc /scannow

See if this comes back with any issues that need to be repaired.

no issues running command prompt… i use the program multiple times a day and it gets worse by the day perhaps a cache problem somewhere ? today its much worse everytime i try to drag and drop a video it crashes then when i open and video is finally there i try to enable enhancement and crash and as of now it just keeps crashing on anything i do, disappear i mean just exits

Try this batch file, it runs a more thorough check using standard windows tools.
