Crash during batch processing

The current version of Photo AI (3.0.4) crashes very often during batch processing. It crashes so often that it is almost laughable. It usually crashes when processing more than 10 files in a batch. Crashes. Crashes. Crashes. Ha-ha-ha-ha!
The old Photo AI never crashed. Why? Because it’s an Intel Mac? Have you guys tested it properly on Intel Macs? Please, please, go back to the old stable Photo AI.

My environment
Mac Pro 2019
3.5 GHz 8 core Intel Xeon W
AMD Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB
Mem 48 GB
Sonoma 14.5

To help troubleshoot this problem I’d like for you to follow the directions below:

I will note that Intel CPU Mac devices are slightly underpowered for AI processing and will have slower performance especially when trying to batch process images as this is a resource intensive process. We have some more information on our Topaz Labs Documentation page that I will link below for your review:

Many users with Intel MacOS machines have reported that Topaz Photo AI v2.4.2 is most suited for their needs and experiences better processing times. I have included a link to that previous version below if you would like to revert to this version for your machine:
