When using Proteus V4/ (all default) on this particular video, I have this weird effect.
Iris MQ is no better.
Anyone has an idea why ?

Looks like you are upscaling it by 4x which is amplifying the issue from the original video input source as it is low resolution.
Is the original source interlaced to is it progressive? If its progressive try using the Rhea model to see if it does a better job.
The original is interlaced and the effect appears even with no upscaling.
After deinterlacing it I can try with Rhea that gives me a more pleasant but still fake rendering.
It’s like the models recognize something they know and want to replace it with, but that’s not it. Enhancement should be more subtle.
