I installed this product on a new macbook running on Sonoma. It shows up as a plug in in Photoshop Elements 2024 but when you try to open the denoise plug in, you get this error message.
Could not Complete Topaz Denoise AI because the file was not found.
I am not sure to how to uninstall it and maybe re-install it. Anyone else experience this error message?
