Corrupted Export STTS Atom

1. The bug / behavior you have encountered

Exported files do not show length in File Explorer and does not allow scrubbing during playback. This appears to be an issue related to FFMPEG based on searches. Re-Encoding with Handbrake resolves issue.

This has been reported and noted in several releases and the team is working to resolve it.
