has anyone else had this problem. When I log into my account someone else’s information comes up. Their suburb in America is the same as my suburb in Australia, but everything else is different. This means I cannot purchase etc. as the system sees a conflict.
I have logged 3 help requests, but have not had any response. The last request even came back with the other person’s name.
This is very frustrating.
The only address I remember is the Billing Address which is used on the checkout page by default. But I believe that you can change that when you checkout and pay for a purchase.
Just make sure that you put the correct address, including country, when you checkout after you buy.
If you log multiple Help requests that will push it down to the last request so you will wait longer, wait until you get an answer.
