I have accidentally changed my desktop image numerous times when trying to Close All Images in Photo AI V1.2.10. How about using Control-Shift-Q?

I suspect it is something you have changed in the OS or if you are using as a plugin maybe the app uses it. Ctrl+Shift+W is not a default in the OS: This is how it looks in Photo AI:

I was not able to reproduce this behavior with Ctrl + Shift + W. It seems that may be specific to your computer, I haven’t seen other reports of this or reproductions for it.

Are you using Topaz Photo AI in stand alone or as a plugin?

Yes, I use it as a stand alone application. I have an up-to-date Windows 10.

I think I just noticed that if I change the Recover Faces Strength slider, the Preview Updated message never changes and the images doesn’t change. I was also doing noise removal and 2.8 size enhancement. Thank you! Richard

@richard.nelson-9977 If the Face Recovery setting is freezing the processing please send me the logs so I can check what is happening.

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Email me all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
