seems to be very good when it works (sometimes) most times a buggy program. Bought it 3 days ago. 2 out of 3 times I get

The logs show absolutely no useful info. When it does work its fantastic good. But very stressful too as some videos keep getting errors time after time. I leave the program running only to wake disappointed with a error waiting for me. if at least the programs told me WHY some will edit and some won’t I can do something about it. Sometimes the sound does not record either. There also seems to be no help bar to type in words. I tried pressing F1 also.
If you want a good experience with TVAI, you may want to consider having a powerful CPU, such as the 13700k or 13900k, along with good cooling, such as a desktop with a twin-tower CPU cooler or a 360 AIO. Additionally, having 32GB or more of DDR5 RAM and a powerful discrete graphics card, such as the 4070, 4070Ti, 4080, or 4090, would be beneficial.

Sorry i am new to all this, will work out how the find the right treads if I can do it. Been solving the problems step by step. also got some help direct from Topaz tech support. In the end I upgraded to a late model i7 with SSD and 32 Gb of Ram. I later added an Nvidia graphics card with 4 g of memory as well. made a computer dedicated to Topaz enhancement so no other processes were battling for the same memory. That solved about 90% of it. Other problem I found was some files I would input work, some in same format would not. Then I remembered that not all mp4 and mpg files are not equal, I got about 20 compression ratios listed in my Pinnacle studio editor, so recompiled everything to the same mp4 format before rendering in Topaz video. now error are far in between.
