I just bought Gigapixel 2 days ago, but just noticed the bundle for a good price. I am just trying to contact after sales support, but for the life of me i cannot find anything like a contact or chat on Topaz Labs. It’s really silly. Can someone help. Crazy how absent a small feature like support is on this website!
On the main Topaz Labs site (topazlabs.com) there’s a chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of every page, as shown here:
but if you go to your account to purchase the bundle it should recognise you already own Gigapixel and adjust the price accordingly.
