Computer freezes when upscaling / have to restart

    Computer freezes, get a white screen and unable to process/upscale video - I in turn have to restart the computer

Try lowering the max memory % on the Processing tab in the Preferences Panel.

File>Preferences>Processing. Lower it to 50% and try the process again.

The GPU you have in this system is below the specs for the latest version of the app and looks to be getting overwhelmed by the AI tasks.
