Hi,
My work station still crashes when running Topaz AI and trying to batch process images.

Hmm, low free RAM?

Please supply the Photo AI logs and your System Details (DxDiag if you are on Windows).

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
