You didn’t say which Operating System you are using Windows or Mac so, here’s a possible solution for both

Sorry for Redefine your Mac isn’t compatible here, are the specs

For MAC:

  • macOS 13 or higher is required for Recover

  • macOS 14 or higher is required for Redefine

  • Recover is compatible with Intel Macs that have AMD Radeon graphics cards and at least 8 GB of VRAM

  • Redefine is not compatible with Intel Macs and requires Apple Silicon with at least 12 GB of system RAM

Now, what about the always crash when exporting ?

I’m not a Mac user myself I did read something about needing an Intel CPU with AVX instructions but, yours is a 2017 chip so, I would assume that’s not the issue

The only thing I can suggest for now is rolling back to a previous release you know that works allowing you to continue working and contact Topaz Support directly here’s the link
