I’m already there, dude. 
It’s faster than Starlight, doesn’t butcher text, and optionally works from the command line.

Unfortunately for some videos I have here Starlight is still superior to SeedVR2 - apart from text/logos.
For other SeedVR2 (ema3b-Q8_0.gguf and the FP16 one as well) is fine, though. As always you won’t find one solution that fits ALL.

Does SeedVR2 have the ability to “smooth” video like the Proteus filter?
I don’t need upscaling.
- What you’re doing can be done in a single pass without the need for intermediate formats.
- However, I see that the CLI still works in 1.1.2.
SeedVR2 is an upscale model.
You’ll have to have a 96Gb GPU to process HD video without downscaling.
