Unfortunately, it appears you are one of many users who will have been mislead by what Topaz have and haven’t previously told us. This is in the context of a reply from Dakota Wixom to my specific query on the subject of the change to the EULA around the CLI.
The EULA remained unchanged regarding the CLI, despite him saying it would be changed to clarify this point i.e. that the CLI could be used.
