Colorspace

For postprocessing I use DXO Photolab. When I export to Topaz Photo AI the colorspace is different even after processing (e.g. enhancing) and re-exporting to DXO. How can I restore the original colorspace?

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 import in DXO
  2. Step 2 export to Photo AI and enhance
  3. Step 3 export in TIFF to DXO

In the upload: original RAW, export in JPEG with DXO without changes, export in JPEG with Topaz (only RAWdenoise).

Please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening.

Loom is a great free application for this: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording

I suspect there is a difference in the Color Profiles between Photo AI and DXO. Are you able to check what type of Color Profile you are using with DXO?

Working Color space: DXO Wide Gamut
Color rendering: Generic Rendering DXO Camera profile Canon EOS R6

I tested the raw file on my setup (TPAI 3.2.0 has the improved colour accuracy for Canon RAW files).

DxO Standard Output:

Lightroom Default Output:

Capture One Default Output:
