[In the latest version of Video AI, when I try to upscale and denoise, the program halts and gives an error “Color Space Error”
I am on a windows 10 laptop trying this program for the first time. The motherboard on my desktop went out, so I transferred the license to the desktop. I didn’t take any screenshots, as I would like to know why, when I have been using this program on my desktop workstation for the last several years, I am suddenly getting this error.
In the logs it looks like you are getting memory errors and device errors on this system due to the graphic cards being below System Requirements for Video AI
They do not have the 6GB of VRAM needed to run the app and when doing so it is running out of memory to process the task and failing.
Thad fine.nks Kyle for the explanation. This is an old machine. I first used it with photoAI today, and it worked fine with that, but then video is much more computer intensive. I’ll have to wait until Asus sends me a replacement for the ProArt Z790 Creator Wifi. When it was running, it was phenominal.
