Color rendition of RAW files

When I bring RAW files in from Lightroom the colors and brightness are differently than in Lightroom with increased brightness and saturation and borders on color vomit. After applying the noise reduction and or sharpening and saved back to Lightroom the file looks fine, but it is hard to view and interpret in PAI.
