Color and Artefacts in Face Recovery

HI, I can’t find any answers to this in the forums.
When I try to improve faces in photos, they end up coming back into Lightroom Classic with a brownish tinge (especially visible in eye sclera and with artefacts on the faces).
I don’t see other people reporting this same issue so I’m wondering if it’s something to do with settings? I’ve tried to make adjustments but nothing improves this.
Please see attached screenshots. One straight from raw file in LC, the other the Topaz DNG in LC. Both are at 300%, but it is visible even at 100%.
In Topaz I only used Face Recovery, and it was set at 50%. If I use it at 80% as Topaz recommends, this effect is even worse.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 - Raw file sent from LC to Topaz via “Edit in…”
  2. Step 2 - Apply only Face Recovery, at 50%
  3. Step 3 - Save and review in LC
