Cloud service produces video with variable frames per second

I have tested the TVI 5.5.0 cloud service. 4 films were cancelled with an error in the cloud rendering process. 1 clip with a few seconds made it to the download. BUT: The result has errors in the image. Even worse: The frames-per-second (fps) were changed from constant to variable. The original and the locally calculated result are correct with 25 fps. The cloud result varies the number of frames per second. This results in a different video - and the clip is longer. See screenshot.

This should be corrected urgently because we and our customers pay for the cloud service.

By the way, one of our customers reported yesterday that deinterlacing from 50i to 25p also results in a variable frame rate. That’s bad.
