Cloud render doesn't seem to be working

I been putting photos in Gigapixel 8, and use cloud render. It tells me that, for instance, the photo is is the “cloud rendering que” and rendering will take 25min and 14S for 1x 4032 x 3024. But nothing happens. The processing wheel to the left of the thumbnail keeps spinning and no progress is ever indicated. I do a refresh and credit shows “32” – so by refreshing did i just use up a bunch of credits?

Yes, this seems to be a common problem now and is posted elsewhere.
Gigapixel 8 taking hours on a 1 meg file?
No response so far.
