Cloud Processing - Not downloading

  1. I am having trouble downloading after processing on the cloud using the NYX the processing seems ok, i even used up another 30 credits to reprocess just to see what happens. The download seems to start but doesnt complete. Its only a 185mB file and gets to about 170mb before going no further, i have 2 tb free on the drive i am downloading to.

  2. Your system profile intel i7 gtx1060 16gb
