Cloud Job Prioritization and more

An idea to make the cloud more interesting for customers.

Jobs Prioritization
You can say render my Video as fast as it gets and pay the full price OR say “I can wait”, then it can take up to one week until you receive your encode, but you only pay the half the price for it. This would enable the servers to be utilized to their maximum capacity with jobs that are not time-critical and makes Cloud rendering cheaper

Auto Re-Render (costs some additional credits)
you can mark uploaded videos as do re-render. When Topaz made significant model improvements, this special marked videos gets rendered again and again. You will be notified everytime when improved version of your video exists. This gives you a long-term quality guarantee.

HighQuality Codec Download
I think it’s already on to do, you can Download upascales in different formats like ProRes or h264/h265 with higher bitrate

5-min limit must fall
This 5-minute limit must be removed; customers don’t want to have their videos cut up.

Worse Results? Get Your Credits Back
a new button to request credits back. When the result is useless, disorted format or something else, you can send a request, once a Topaz employee has approved (normally they auto do), you will receive your credits back. You can send one such request per week. This also gives Topaz feedback on what’s going wrong, and they can try to fix those errors or when the fault is on customer side Topaz labs can react what you did wrong with uploaded content (VFR issues, wrong SAR/DAR etc)
