My cloud export is stuck on “trimming input” for 8 hours overnight. The screen above that says “cloud rendering”. Is that normal. I don’t want to stop it as I may lose 150 credits (half of my monthly allowance). 150 credits seems kind of high for a 5 minute clip, too.
I stopped it. I didn’t lose my credits. I restarted the export and it currently is doing the same thing. Wheel turning with no progress.
Hopefully someone is paying attention
It looks like the last process you sent did complete on the server side.
