Cloud computing failed

I was upscaling a video and decided to spend some of my hard-earned credits on cloud processing to try it out. It said it would take about five minutes. It was way slower than 5 minutes, progressing like pouring honey down my driveway. 90 minutes later it was still processing and seemed to be stuck. Eventually it timed out with an error. This did not save me time. I ended up processing it on my computer. Not only did it waste a bunch of time but I also lost the credits.

I don’t know why it failed however, don’t worry about about loosing your Credits in the event of failure Credits are always reimbursed by Topaz

I’m way past that. I was trying this feature for the first time, and it most definitely did not save me time. Did the credits get reimbursed? The good news is that processing it on my machine did a great job.

Yes, when cloud renders fail, the credits are automatically returned to your account.
