Hi Lukasz, does Photo AI upscale as well as gigapixel? Should I just buy that and use the CLI there?
Unfortunately, I have never used Photo AI so I cannot comment on its functionality, but Gigapixel is definitely the best image scaling program from all Topaz Labs.
