I have been using Topaz products for a while. Today I find that Topaz Sharpen does not work. I am also finding it difficult to download and install. Starting Sharpen or AI from Lightroom does not work.
I was only able to download and install AI and now I am able to open it from LRC.
Have Sharpen and DeNoise been withdrawn and merged in AI?
My last subscription was in Sept 2023 so I should still have working account.
