Changed preview exposure

I use ACDSee as my catalogue but use Topaz AI v 1.3.8 (but I have also found this problem is previous versions) to initially process my RAW files (taken with Fujifilm ‘X’ series cameras) and save them as DNG files for further processing. I usually take three images at one stop differences and batch process them in Photo AI. The previews seen in Photo AI are significantly over exposed and the previews of the saved DNG files show the same overexposure. However, when these DNG files are opened in either of my main editor Luminar Neo or ACDC the files shows the correctly exposed files. I conclude this is only a problem with previews but this is more than inconvenient as its impossible to see the effect of Photo AI’s modifications before saving the files.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]

Thanks for reaching out. We currently have a known issue with the exposure values for Fujifilm files.

We will be working on handling this metadata issue soon when we fix RAW issues next quarter.
