this one is done in topaz b and w, Photoshop several layers with masking of the spent bloom and adjustment layers, one smart object. Did some edge exposure and added some secondary basic exposure and did some fiddling in lightroom
as well. This is a cropped version. Still not satisfied with workflow. Seems to be all over the place to achieve what I want then hard to remember/document. Becoming very used to using Topaz Studio.
