I’ve been using older versions of Gigapixel and routinely save DNG that then go into LR. I just updated to 8.03 and now my files are being converted to TIFF inspite of my asking to preserve original format (DNG). Please help…without DNG output I won’t be using Gigapixel.
They got rid of output to DNG after 7.03 which is still available and will continue to work but the models will not be updated. I keep a copy of 7.03 installed for images where I want to use that workflow. Not great for pros but they decided that DNG support was too resource hungry and removed it in exchange for faster processing.
