promt option is gone in the latest release?
plus im facing an issue hwere topaz gigapixel cannot verify the models
running windows 10 with a rtx 3090 studio drivers
This error means something blocked/prevented all the AI models from downloading during installation.
Here are the steps to follow to resolve this issue:
Important : Make sure you turn off your firewall, antivirus, and VPN (you can turn them back on once the installation process is done)You can download a new installer from your account’s download page | Topaz Labs | My Account | Download Page
Once you download and open this new version, you should be able to click on the blue ‘Activate’ button and log in using the email associated with your Topaz Labs account and password.
Once authenticated, please try the same model again and let me know if you get the error.
