Can't use Starlight Mini for local rendering

I’m on Topaz 1.3.1. I used it 48 hours ago without problem, but as of today, I’m blocked from exporting Starlight Mini. The application doesn’t give me an error, but when I restart it, very briefly, I see a message saying “Pro or Legacy account required for local rendering.”

I am a Pro subscriber.

Which hoops do I need to jump through to restore access? Signing in and out did nothing.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
