Can't use Photo AI since I upgraded | Lightroom Classic plugin

Photo AI won’t launch from Lightroom Classic. Program opens but doesn’t function at all. Won’t respond to mouse clicks, or import files from LRC or just files from the "finder’

Worked fine before the update. Maddening!

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Turn on computer
  2. Try to use Photo AI as standalone or from Lightroom

Using it on an iMac. Can’t tell you what version, because I can’t even open “about”

What generation iMac are you using and what’s your OS?
Did you update in-app? That has caused issues for some people. If so, delete everything, including all the plist files and reinstall from the main Topaz website or from the top of the main PhotoAI thread.

Thanks - Will try - where do I find the plist files?

Your specs look OK. Use App Cleaner to clear the app plus any dependent files. Trashing will not be sufficient. But then double check for the plist files, which reside in the Preferences folder inside your Library. Delete any that might still be there:
