Did the update today and everything worked for 80 videos, then it stopped working. Can’t upload new videos, can’t start new project. Re started the app many times and have re started the laptop (2 weeks old Mac M4Pro). Any suggestions? Thank you!
Hi Magnus, I got your support ticket earlier and replied there with some steps to try and see if they help.
If you loaded all of the 80 clips into one project file, it is possible that the cache is too full and that is causing a crash, or one of the files has a broken file path. If you can reply to my response on the support ticket with the logs we can investigate further.
