Can't update Photo AI to the new version 2.1.2

After reviewing the updates, then clicking the Update button, then clicking the Install button, I get kicked out of the app. I’m using Windows 10.

I have exactly the same problem on Windows 11. Both from the app started from the Windows Start menu as from the plugin in Lightroom. Now on 2.1.0, trying to go to 2.1.2.

Still trying to download and open the AI v2.1.2. I have yet to see the newest version, and when I open the Topaz AI, I keep seeing the AI 1. Any help is welcome.
