No matter what I do, I can’t get the app to update beyond 4.4.6
When I launch the app it says there’s an update to 4.5 but when I install the update , it’s still 4.4.6.
I tried deleting everything and downloaded 7.0 and installed that and it still is 4.4.6.
I’m on a M1 Macbook Pro running OS Sonoma 14.1.2
This sounds like a nightmare.
Let’s try again completely deleting anything related to Gigapixel by moving it to the trash or using the uninstaller if it has one.
Once this clean out process is complete, download a fresh installer for Gigapixel 7 from our Topaz Labs Download Page.
Please make a complete uninstall of the old application maybe with help of the AppCleaner tool and then fresh install the new version!
