Can't save crop-only edit

I wanted to crop and reduce image size. I cannot seem to reduce the image size, but I can crop. HOWEVER, I cannot save the cropped image.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1: Crop image
  2. Step 2: Try to save
  3. Step 3: Msg says no edits were made so it “skips” saving.

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have any other applications that could do crop?

Cropping in another application like Apple Photos or Windows Photo would be best for this.
