Can't open large files!

Steps to reproduce issue:

Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]
1.3.5 Win64
The software will not open 8GB psb file which is a large format Photoshop file.
The software message is “Could not open one or more images due to unsupported file types.”
This is most disappointing and I think Topaz needs to issue a revision.

PSD/PSB are unsupported formats that are proprietary to Adobe.

Does Topaz have a large format format and a PSB/??? converter?
Surely we are not restricted to Photshop/Affinity.

No PSB format converter and TIFF is the largest format supported. It is also limited to 32K pixels for large images.

Why can’t you use PS or AP to convert the image?
