Can't login with my email on my Imac Quad Core Intel

The new Topaz Video (v1.0.0 and later) does not support Intel-based Macs. These systems are not part of our current system requirements and the app will not launch on Intel hardware.

You’ll need an Apple Silicon (M-series) Mac that meets the current system requirements for Topaz Video in order to run the software. Intel Macs are no longer supported.

For the older Video AI you will need to use version 7.0.2 or earlier as 7.1.0 and newer are not compatible with Intel-mac systems either.

I bought it 8 October 2025 and then it worked well.
I only need the video AI.
This morning I could enter the app but was the cloud not working.
Now I can’t even open the app: Video AI.

There is a worldwide AWS Issue that is affecting a lot of servers and sites right now including ours. This should be resolved soon, if you are still seeing the issue later this evening please email the support team directly so we can try and collect more information to get this sorted out.
