when I go to import an EXR sequence, it tells me I need a pro subscription, with a monthly price of “??”. I already own a pro subscription.
Taking a look at your account, and you currently have a personal Topaz Studio subscription.
If you purchased a Pro subscription under a different email, be sure to logout and log in using that email.
